What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a BPO/customer support role where I can use my communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly. I want to work in a reputable organization that values growth and continuous learning.

I’m a customer-first support professional currently working as a Rider Support Associate (Apprentice), handling end-to-end assistance through voice/chat. I resolve pickup, delivery, payment, and app-based issues while maintaining quality and productivity targets—even during high interaction volumes.

Alongside support work, I bring a Computer Science foundation and build practical tools. I’ve developed a location-based Skill Swap platform using React.js, Node.js, Firebase, and Google Maps API, and I’ve incorporated GPT-based NLP with HuggingFace to improve user matching and communication.

I also enjoy building reliable, user-friendly systems, from a Hospitality Management web application (HTML/CSS) to Health Guard AI, a multiple-disease prediction app using machine learning with Flask. I lead with clear communication, objection handling, CRM discipline, and strong problem-solving to help customers and teams succeed.
