I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in customer support, client communication, and issue resolution. I handle customer queries with empathy and accuracy while maintaining high service standards in remote work environments.

In my current role as a Customer service associate, I strengthen every interaction through written communication, verbal communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I focus on process improvement, quality assurance, documentation, and collaboration to resolve issues quickly and reliably.

I also bring an analytical mindset from my training and technical background, with knowledge in data analysis and AI-driven support processes. Alongside strong problem solving and adaptability, I prioritize time management to keep support workflows consistent and dependable.

Through my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and hands-on academic projects—like an Automatic Traffic Light Controller and an Arduino Ultrasonic Radar Monitor—I’ve built confidence in technical communication and engineering problem-solving. I’ve also contributed as a Project Innovator for a COVID-19 sensor-based hand sanitizer dispenser on campus.
