I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in customer support, client communication, and issue resolution. I handle customer queries with empathy and accuracy while maintaining high service standards in remote work environments.
In my current role as a Customer service associate, I strengthen every interaction through written communication, verbal communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I focus on process improvement, quality assurance, documentation, and collaboration to resolve issues quickly and reliably.
