I'm seeking a fully remote role in customer support, administrative support, or customer operations where I can use bilingual French-English communication, recordkeeping, call handling, and independent remote operations experience.

I've independently operated DIGIVAULT DMCC remotely from Dubai, managing research, risk assessment, investment decisions, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, transaction records, and confidential financial documentation.

At Phone Regie in Paris, I provided short-notice reception and administrative coverage for clients including Kia, Société Générale, Covéa, Danone, Unilever, Reuters, and Parcours. I managed calls, visitors, enquiries, mail, deliveries, appointments, meeting rooms, and changing schedules while quickly adapting to each client's systems and service standards.
