Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle IT-Position im Support oder Systemadministration mit Fokus auf IT-Sicherheit, praxisorientierte Problemlösung und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.

Ich bin IT-Fachkraft mit fundierter Praxis im technischen Support, Systemadministration und Helpdesk-Umfeld sowie früherer Erfahrung in CNC-Programmierung und Werkzeugbau.

In den letzten Jahren war ich in verschiedenen Support- und 2nd-Level-Rollen bei Unternehmen wie Amazon VCC, Allgeier Experts Pro und weiteren Dienstleistern tätig und habe Mitarbeiter in Retail-, B2B- und Unternehmensumgebungen betreut.

Ich habe kürzlich eine Weiterbildung zur IT-Fachkraft für Systemadministration und IT-Sicherheit absolviert und mehrere Zertifikate in Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit, BSI-Grundschutz, Cisco-Cybersecurity sowie Business Intelligence und AWS erworben.

Ich arbeite strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bringe zusätzlich handwerkliches Verständnis aus meiner früheren Tätigkeit als CNC-Fachkraft und Werkzeugmacher mit, was mir hilft, technische Probleme praktisch und nachhaltig zu lösen.
