What I'm looking for
Ich bin ein ergebnisorientierter IT-Support-Spezialist mit über 8 Jahren Erfahrung in Unternehmensumgebungen, u. a. bei Banken und großen Strukturen. In meinen Rollen liefere ich kundenorientierten 1st- bis 3rd-Level-Support mit Incident-, Problem- und Request-Management nach ITIL-Prinzipien.
