What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote German- and English-language IT support role where I can resolve first- and second-level issues, administer Microsoft 365, support users clearly, and continue developing my technical skills.

I've completed dual vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development at Thermoplan Anlagenbau Elektrotechnik Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, combining on-the-job training with vocational college.

I bring hands-on experience in first- and second-level IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and hardware and network troubleshooting. I support workstations, peripherals, user accounts, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Admin Center, Windows clients and servers, and LAN connectivity.

I'm a native German speaker fluent in English, and I communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users in remote support environments.
