Ich bin Systemadministrator mit umfassender Praxis in Microsoft-Umgebungen, Virtualisierung und VoIP-Lösungen, der mittelständische Unternehmen eigenverantwortlich betreut. Ich verwalte Server und Nutzer in on-prem/Hybrid Microsoft 365-Umgebungen, Exchange (2010/2016), Windows Server (2012–2022) sowie Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware und Hyper-V.
In meiner aktuellen Rolle habe ich die alleinige Verwaltung der IT eines mittelständischen Unternehmens mit 110 Mitarbeitenden übernommen, Veeam-Backups (lokal und Cloud) eingerichtet und eigenständig Glasfaser-Netzinfrastruktur ausgebaut. Zuvor leitete ich Projekte zur Ausstattung kompletter Telefonanlagen, betreute DATEV-Umgebungen für Steuerbüros und führte 2nd/3rd-Level-Support für mehrere Kunden durch.
Ich arbeite pragmatisch und dienstleistungsorientiert, mit Stärken in Netzwerk-, Backup- und VoIP-Management sowie in der Anwenderbetreuung und Dokumentation.
