What I'm looking for

Ich suche eine IT-Position mit Fokus auf Support und Systemintegration, in der ich 1st/2nd Level, Helpdesk und Netzwerktechnik einbringen kann – mit Raum, mich technisch weiterzuentwickeln und zuverlässig Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Ich bin auf IT-Support und Systemintegration spezialisiert und arbeite gern an Hard- und Software-Themen – von der Problemaufnahme bis zur sauberen Lösung. In meinem bisherigen Weg habe ich besonders die Bereiche 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Helpdesk-Strukturen umgesetzt.

Ich bringe praktische Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik, Linux sowie Windows (Server) mit und kenne mich in Active-Directory-Umgebungen aus. Außerdem unterstütze ich routiniert im Alltag mit Tools wie MS-Office und Libre Office – und halte dabei die Kommunikation mit Nutzerinnen und Nutzern klar und lösungsorientiert.

Zusätzlich habe ich Grundlagen in Softwareentwicklung und Frontend-Technologien aufgebaut (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Wenn es passt, möchte ich diese Stärke mit meinen Support- und Systemkenntnissen in einer festen Rolle einbringen – gern auch mit technischem Kundenservice und der Weiterentwicklung eigener Lösungen.
