What I'm looking for

I am seeking a security-focused IT role where I can apply Microsoft 365 and cloud skills, provide technical support, grow in cybersecurity, and work in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

I am an IT security and support officer with hands-on experience in system administration, cloud solutions, and technical support, focused on protecting networks, systems and data from cyber threats. I have practical experience implementing authentication, managing access permissions, monitoring incidents, and educating staff on security best practices.

In previous roles I supported Microsoft 365 and Windows end users through chat, IVR and email, troubleshot and configured Outlook and Office 365, and resolved licensing and application issues. I also built and maintained websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, performed site maintenance and security checks, and produced technical documentation and user tutorials.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science (Second Class Upper), a diploma in Web Development, and ongoing ISC2 cybersecurity coursework, and I seek to bring strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking abilities to a security-focused technical support or systems role.
