What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support or Cybersecurity Analyst role where I can deliver reliable first-line support, strengthen security practices, and apply my phishing detection and incident response skills in a service-driven team.

I’m a detail-oriented Cybersecurity graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, system security, and phishing detection using machine learning. I bring a strong background in troubleshooting, user support, and implementing security best practices.

I’ve built a phishing detection model using the UCI Phishing Websites Dataset, applying data preprocessing (cleaning, normalization, feature selection) and an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) with a SoftMax classifier to distinguish phishing from legitimate sites. I also support cybersecurity practices like password management and system updates to help keep environments protected.

In my IT roles, I provide first-line technical support (onsite and remote), install and configure hardware/software, manage user accounts and access rights, and support email systems like Microsoft 365/Outlook. I document support work, maintain IT inventory and logs, and follow data backup and security procedures—backed by certifications across cybersecurity, vulnerability management, incident response, and Scrum.
