I'm currently managing and coordinating more than 80 implementation and installation projects each month for Soluciones Creativas CA, an HPE subcontractor, across the United States and Canada.
I serve as the link between clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders, coordinating engineering resources and schedules to maintain SLA compliance. I also prepare technical documentation and keep project-tracking records current.
Previously, I managed installation and service requests through Outlook and Salesforce workflows at IDS Project Desk, while supporting customer follow-up and technical inquiries through Genesys.
