I am a detail-oriented Project and Implementation Coordinator with experience supporting global client onboarding from mobilization through optimization. I specialize in coordinating cross-functional workstreams and acting as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal partners.

At JLL, I execute transition tasks, maintain governance documentation, and support SOW reviews to ensure contractual alignment. I identify risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep projects on track throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Previously at AIESEC I led customer experience and B2B initiatives, designed operational trackers, and collected and analyzed data to support strategic planning. My CX compliance and quality tracking tool was adopted as a reference and supported Costa Rica’s top global customer satisfaction performance.

I am proficient with Salesforce, SAP, Workfront, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, and hold certifications in Google Project Management and Scrum Fundamentals.
