Identified online sources for IT freelance recruitment, analyzed costs and processes, and assessed cultural factors affecting payments.

Developed psychograms based on specific job descriptions and conducted psychological tests and interviews for recruitment, potential reviews, and employee promotions. Interpreted psychological test results, wrote psychological reports, and conducted assessment centers for potential review.

Performed Organizational Diagnostic (OD) assessments, Job Analysis, and Workload Analysis to identify organizational problems and describe job roles and employee workloads. Developed suitable interventions, updated Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and Workflows, and presented findings to management.

Organized events for refugees in Indonesia to learn about diversity and Indonesian culture, developing a training model for the activities. Conducted activities suitable for refugees based on their specific needs.

Handled Enterprise-level clients, acting as a liaison between clients and the product team to resolve requirements and queries via ZOHO tickets. Raised bugs/queries to Product Specialists through JIRA and acted as an HRIS consultant to integrate and increase system adoption.

Provided and designed occupational therapy at the inpatient ward for patients with mental illness to prepare them for re-assimilation into society. Delivered and scored psychological testing to clients for intelligence measurement or mental health screening.

Completed a Master's thesis titled 'The Influence of Job Crafting on Work Engagement among Operational Division Employees at The Venture Capital Company X Ventures'. Published an essay with Konsorsium Psikologi Ilmiah Nusantara (KPIN). Engaged in training activities for refugees in collaboration with IOM Indonesia.
