Arandas Halawy, M.Psi., Psikolog is a Licensed Industrial & Organizational Psychologist with experience in organisational development, talent management, psychological assessment, and HR transformation across consulting, technology, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and venture capital industries. He specialises in translating evidence-based psychological principles into practical business solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and support sustainable business growth.

Throughout his career, Arandas has led and contributed to initiatives involving organisational design, competency framework development, job architecture, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR digital transformation. His work combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, enabling organisations to build scalable people systems aligned with business objectives.

As a Certified Assessment Center Assessor, he has extensive experience conducting psychological assessments for recruitment, promotion, leadership identification, and talent development using competency-based interviews, behavioural assessment methods, and psychometric instruments. His expertise allows organisations to make objective, data-driven talent decisions while identifying leadership potential and workforce capability.

In addition to organisational development and assessment, Arandas has supported HRIS implementation and process optimisation projects, bridging organisational psychology with technology to improve HR operations, employee experience, and decision-making through data-driven practices.
