I want to grow in HR roles where I can combine recruitment, employee engagement, and industrial-psychology insights. I’m excited to work with data-driven KPI improvements, structured SOPs, and strong coaching for performance.

I’m a Bachelor of Psychology graduate with a strong interest in industrial psychology and career development, backed by hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection. As a Human Capital Officer, I managed recruitment for 6 departments using HRIS, maintained HRIS administration with 100% data accuracy for employee records, attendance, and payroll-related documents for 34 employees, and ensured operational consistency through standardized Human Resources SOPs.

I also led performance and culture initiatives—building a “Coaching for Performance” framework for 34 employees and optimizing KPI achievement to drive an 80% increase in overall productivity time. Previously, as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist Intern, I supported up to 50 candidates per day and served as the PIC for ~80 freelance workers across manpower planning analysis, psychotests, interviews, document administration, contracts, orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.
