What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to people development, training, recruitment, selection, and HR development work across industries while continuously learning and creating meaningful, lasting impact through people-centered solutions.

At PT. Saga Hikari Teknindo Sejati, I managed end-to-end training programs in a manufacturing environment, from Training Needs Analysis and annual planning through delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

I designed training materials and onboarding modules, facilitated online and offline sessions for white-collar and blue-collar employees, and supported new hires, Management Trainees, and internship participants. I also coordinated training center operations and served as an MC for internal events, industrial visits, and benchmarking activities.

With a Psychology degree, I’m deepening my work in recruitment, selection, and HR development. My earlier experience includes training data-entry team members, supporting psychological testing, recruiting laboratory assistants, and helping students learn psychological assessment tools.
