I am an HR and recruitment professional with 3+ years of combined experience across HR operations, recruitment coordination, assessment, and learning facilitation in startup and service environments.

I bring hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience—sourcing, screening, and profiling candidates—paired with a strong psychology background to apply psychometric assessment principles and behavioral analysis for data-driven hiring decisions.

I have supported remote and distributed teams, delivered remote training and onboarding sessions, and analyzed turnover and burnout trends to improve engagement and retention.
