What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply psychological assessment and training skills in collaborative teams, contribute to learning and development, and continue professional growth.

I am an educator and education assessment practitioner with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and experience in psychological research, assessment, training, and HR support. I have worked at inspira.psi as a Psychological Assessment practitioner since 2018, and I completed internships and certifications in psychodiagnostics, educational research, and psychological first aid.

I bring hands-on experience in academic writing, surveying, teaching and tutoring, and human resource management, and I enjoy learning and trying new approaches to improve assessment and development processes.
