What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in an HR Business Partner role where I can run end-to-end HR, strengthen recruitment and onboarding, and apply psychological assessments to drive fair, compliant, data-based people decisions that improve performance and retention.

I’m a Human Capital professional with an academic background in Psychology and hands-on experience across end-to-end Human Resource processes. At PT Solar Orchid Indonesia, I managed recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee administration, performance appraisal coordination, and HR documentation while supporting business-aligned employee relations.

I also strengthened people decisions through psychological assessment work—administering and interpreting psychological tests for promotions/demotions for ±200 employees and 100+ candidates, and delivering assessment-based recommendations for talent development and workforce planning. From internships to my current role, I’ve focused on compliance, data accuracy, and measurable improvements such as timely manpower fulfillment, reduced administrative errors, and higher engagement through employer branding.
