I'm looking to lead business excellence, learning transformation, quality, or operational-improvement initiatives where I can strengthen governance, customer experience, frontline capability, and sustainable performance.

I've led business excellence, training, and quality transformation across Max Life Insurance, strengthening audit governance, operational controls, and customer experience across six departments.

In my Chief Manager roles at Max Life, I led process audits, governance reviews, risk assessments, customer-journey redesign, and corrective-action planning. I also managed training and quality for Virtual Relationship Manager operations spanning Service Relationship, Renewals, and Customer Retention.

Previously at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, I created digital and classroom learning for product launches, channel enablement, certification, and sales capability. I was promoted within a year after creating four MDRT performers and delivered nationwide induction, product, process, and leadership programs.
