I’m looking for an administrative role where I can coordinate clients and teams, maintain accurate onboarding and documentation, and use my detail-focused systems to improve daily operations and communication.

I’m a self-starting and adaptable administrative professional with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. I bring hands-on administrative support, client communication, and office coordination to improve day-to-day operations and keep workstreams moving smoothly.

In my most recent role as a Project Coordinator (Administration), I direct client, vendor, and contractor communication; coordinate weekly team meetings; and build practical documentation and trackers (including a custom Excel resource tracker). I also manage logistics and inventory, create proposals and purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain internal digital file organization across MS Office, Google Suite, and local network storage.
