At Repute, I built an embedded HR tech platform stack from concept to production: an app marketplace, connector layer, and widget layer now live in Adrenalin and greytHR, reaching 1,100+ client companies. I grew the marketplace to 75 partner listings and designed reusable REST, webhook, SSO, OAuth, and schema-mapping foundations that let partners integrate without bespoke builds.

I also own the roadmap for a four-agent AI HR assistant grounded in live HRMS data, including orchestration, evaluation benchmarks, and human review for low-confidence answers. Across a cross-functional squad of five, I lead discovery, specs, sprint delivery, QA, release sign-off, and 0-to-1 launches including Salary Benchmarking, Offer Management, and Onboarding.
