What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale B2B SaaS, platform, integration, and AI products where I can take ambiguous problems from discovery through launch with cross-functional teams.

At Repute, I built an HR-tech platform stack from scratch: an app marketplace, connector layer, and embedded widget layer now live across Adrenalin and greytHR for 1,100+ client companies.

I grew the marketplace to 75 partner listings and created an embedded-widget model that lets partner tools run directly inside HRMS workflows. I also designed SSO and OAuth enablement flows, reusable data-mapping contracts, and a billing system for platform and AI usage.

I own the roadmap for a four-agent AI HR assistant, defining its orchestration, sub-agents, and grounded-response model with the CTO. I also built a data platform enabling lenders and rental businesses to verify employment and income from HRMS and payroll sources while meeting DPDP consent requirements.

I work closely with founders, CTOs, engineering, design, QA, partners, and sales to turn discovery into shipped products. I lead a cross-functional squad of five and bring experience across product, customer experience, marketing, and community growth.
