I’m a Product & Project Management professional with 6+ years of experience across FinTech, B2B SaaS, and EdTech, driving products from discovery through execution and continuous iteration. I’m known for translating user problems and business requirements into scalable workflows, measurable adoption improvements, and successful releases—especially in 0→1 environments under ambiguity.

Most recently at Compliance Innovation Pvt Ltd, I owned end-to-end lifecycle delivery for a FinTech CapTable management product, leading discovery workshops, user interviews, workflow mapping, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritisation. I partnered with clients, engineering, and design to make scope decisions and execute sprint plans, delivering an early release within 8 weeks and contributing to acquisition of 2 enterprise clients.
