I am a highly motivated recruitment consultant with over 6 years' experience in the insurance sector, combining deep sector knowledge with CompTIA-backed cybersecurity fundamentals. I focus on building strong client relationships and delivering measurable recruitment results.

I have built cold desks and launched new recruitment functions, placing roles from claims handlers to senior managers and loss adjusters across the UK. At Reed I developed UK-wide desk capability and at Sedgwick I helped establish a full recruitment and resourcing department for major clients.

My work at Sedgwick included partnering with Aviva, Allianz, Zurich, AXA, Chubb, AIG, Markel and Lloyd’s Market clients, designing end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring contractual compliance, and developing a secondment model for on-site specialists.
