What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic, high-volume talent acquisition where I can improve recruitment processes, use workforce data to shape decisions, develop teams, strengthen inclusive hiring, and partner closely with business leaders.

At YTL Group, I lead end-to-end resourcing strategy and manage a team delivering 550–600 hires annually. I combine recruitment delivery with workforce insights, dashboards, and practical advice for hiring managers.

I designed and implemented the ATS at YTL Group and continue to optimise it as superuser, improving compliance and candidate experience. I also lead employer branding and digital attraction campaigns, strengthen inclusive hiring, and have reduced agency spend by 90% for WWSL over three years.
