I am a recruitment leader with over a decade of experience in candidate acquisition, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment across high-end construction and insurance sectors. I lead and execute recruitment strategies, build business plans, present to senior leadership, and reduce agency dependency through direct sourcing and PSL management.

I deliver measurable results against KPIs, manage recruitment budgets, support onboarding and compliance, and strengthen early careers pipelines through school and college engagement. I combine practical recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM) with psychometric profiling and competency frameworks to secure high-calibre hires and drive business growth.
