What I'm looking for

I’m seeking challenging opportunities in the IT industry where I can apply my ServiceNow advisory, solution architecture, and presales experience to deliver business outcomes. I’m interested in strategic consulting, platform transformation, stakeholder engagement, and continued professional growth.

At Input Zero Technologies Pvt Ltd, I’ve designed ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers, including custom App Engine applications and ITBM/SPM implementations for OPEX and CAPEX financials.

I’ve contributed to presales and advisory engagements through customer discovery, solution workshops, architecture design, and preparation of proposals, SoWs, and estimates. I’ve also worked with CXOs and program sponsors on platform strategy and transformation roadmaps.

My work has included ServiceNow integrations, CMDB governance, Service Portal development, and platform upgrades. I’ve led and managed project teams of 10–12 members and hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
