At AWC Software Pvt. Ltd., I lead ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients, from stakeholder workshops and solution architecture through development, UAT, and post-go-live support. For Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, I delivered a paperless SOP management system across 25 manufacturing plants in India.
I also architected a configurable approval system with workflows spanning up to 40 hierarchy levels, replacing hardcoded approval logic. For a separate client, I designed an App Engine ticketing system with flow-based routing and SLA management, avoiding the need for additional CSM licensing.
In CMDB and integration engineering, I integrated Automox and Auvik with ServiceNow and implemented IRE rules to improve data consistency. I also led a six-month managed services engagement and served as Training Lead for a 15-member onboarding cohort.
Previously, at Input Zero Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I delivered ServiceNow pre-sales POCs and solution designs. These included an AI-powered invoice automation solution, a NOWAssist event prioritization solution, and a Discovery and Asset Management POC that demonstrated a 40% improvement in CMDB accuracy.
