I’m looking to help teams optimize ITSM on ServiceNow—owning governance, integrations, and continual service improvement—while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, reliable operations, and measurable SLA and performance gains.

I’m a Senior ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant with 15+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years delivering enterprise ServiceNow consulting, solution design, platform development, administration, and ITSM transformation. I partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions that strengthen governance and improve service delivery.

I lead the complete ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, from discovery workshops and business analysis to solution design, development, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support—then continue with continual service improvement. I translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical design documentation aligned with ITIL best practices, ServiceNow standards, and enterprise governance.

On the platform side, I bring hands-on expertise across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, SLA/OLA Management, Major Incident Management, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs, as well as platform administration. I design and implement REST API, Scripted REST API, and ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow integration solutions to automate processes, enable secure enterprise data exchange, and improve interoperability across ServiceNow and external applications.

In operations and leadership roles, I’ve mentored technical teams, built governance and reporting, improved platform performance, and enhanced SLA compliance through measurable automation and process standardization. I’m also ITIL V3 Foundation certified, and I’m recognized for combining business consulting, technical leadership, and enterprise integration expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow outcomes.
