At Lyra Schweiz, I advise international corporate clients across the German-speaking region and Italy on workplace mental health and employee assistance programmes. I stay involved from signature through implementation, adoption, business reviews, and renewal.

I assess client needs, recommend practical next steps, and redesign processes when onboarding is not working. I have standardised launches, created multilingual training materials, and contributed to global reporting that helps clients make decisions based on progress.

Before Lyra, I planned international business and air ambulance flights at Jet Aviation Business Jets and Tyrol Air Ambulance, coordinating approvals, crew duty times, slots, risk assessments, and documentation under pressure. I also ran Woof’s Bakery end to end for six years, managing customers, suppliers, marketing, accounts, and staff.

I'm completing an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability, focused on servant leadership and workplace health. I work fluently across German and English, professionally in Italian, and bring Spanish and French language capability to cross-border delivery.
