What I'm looking for

I'm seeking backend, non-voice, data processing, email/chat support, and operational roles where I can apply CRM, data-handling, accuracy, SLA/KPI, and process-improvement experience. I'm open to remote work or relocation and available to join immediately.

At Teleperformance on the Adobe Process, I handled 60–70 customer interactions daily across chat, email, and calls while maintaining 95%+ accuracy and meeting SLA/KPI targets.

I manage backend requests, CRM data updates, account handling, case documentation, ticket resolution, and escalations. I work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and explain services clearly to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

I was awarded Best Employee of the Year 2024 for the Adobe Process at Teleperformance. Through optimization, I improved my QA score from 85% to 97% and maintained strong AHT and performance metrics.

I also completed an Automation & Testing internship at Ola Future Factory, where I supported machinery installation, configuration, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and gained exposure to PLC and industrial automation basics.
