Hi, I’m a Customer Support Associate with 3–4 years of experience in domestic and international processes (USA & Canada). I handle customer queries across calls, emails, and chats, focusing on issue resolution and process compliance while keeping quality standards high.
In my roles, I’ve managed inbound calls, resolved billing, plan upgrade, connectivity, and order/payment/refund/account issues, and coordinated with technical teams for escalations. I maintain CRM documentation, follow SLA guidelines, and consistently work toward CSAT and first-contact resolution.
I’m also experienced in lead generation and enrollment support from my business development experience, including maintaining lead data and updating CRM regularly. I’m comfortable with day & night shifts, work well under pressure, and I’m now seeking growth opportunities in customer service and operations.
