At Infosys BPM, I lead the Learning Effectiveness Framework project, partnering with COHs and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions. I also align training with business goals through Training Needs Analysis and measure learning impact to inform recommendations.

Earlier at Infosys BPM, I supported software and hardware procurement for a client, helped with SOPs and training for new joiners, and used Excel and Power BI to analyze process data.
