I am a well-qualified Learning and Development (L&D) professional with around 10 years of experience in planning and implementing both onsite and remote training programs. My expertise lies in training delivery and process optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives while enhancing learning engagement through clear communication and a charismatic style.

Currently, I serve as an L&D Delivery Advisor Lead at Accenture, where I manage process and reporting activities, analyze data for decision support, and supervise staff for the L&D Ops team. My role involves liaising cross-functionally to maintain communication between business groups and driving key metrics to ensure sustenance in the line of business.
