I’m looking to lead Learning & Development programs that drive measurable engagement and performance—partnering with stakeholders on onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and data-backed improvements through metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.

I’m a highly motivated, results-driven Learning and Development professional, focused on designing, coordinating, and executing need-based training programs end to end. I partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders from needs analysis through reporting, improving training quality and measurable business impact.

In my most recent role as Lead – Learning and Development, I’ve led onboarding and induction for new hires, built leadership development and capability-building programs, and owned the global training calendar aligned to business priorities. I also govern enterprise-wide mandatory training (e.g., Data Protection Awareness, Information Security), ensuring compliance reporting, timely content revamps, and audit readiness.

I continuously improve programs by analyzing training needs, participant feedback, and business inputs—tracking participation, effectiveness, and ROI, and supporting decision-making through centralized training trackers and dashboards. Earlier, I worked across process and quality environments (CMMI/ISO/GDPR, internal audits, SQA, and process advisory), which strengthens how I evaluate effectiveness, manage risks/issues, and support organizations with structured, standards-based learning.
