I’m a Learning & Development professional with 11+ years of experience in training delivery, learning operations, employee engagement, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and performance improvement. I specialize in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), onboarding, facilitation, curriculum development, and SOP creation to strengthen capability where it matters most.
I’ve designed and delivered instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and existing employees across multiple business functions. I use performance assessments and root-cause analysis to identify gaps, then translate findings into practical learning content, learning materials, and process documentation that teams can apply immediately.
