I'm currently building company-wide learning, development, engagement, recruitment, and performance processes at Brasserie Almaza. I manage the competency framework, shape organizational structures and role profiles, and guide managers and employees on career development.

Previously at Unipak within Indevco Group, I led strategic HR initiatives spanning recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, compliance, performance reviews, HR reporting, and employee records. I worked closely with senior leaders, executives, and the GM to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support sound people decisions.

I've implemented an Oracle payroll system in five months, integrated 400 employees into KPI evaluations, extended 360-degree appraisals to lower-grade employees, and improved HR planning through KPI and SWOT reviews.

I'm committed to coaching managers, supporting employee growth, and creating high-performance, engaging workplace cultures. I work fluently in Arabic, French, and English.
