I coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage to resolve guest concerns, prevent overbooking, and create a seamless service experience. I also provide room quotations and promote packages and offers.

At Thal Ruin Photography, I manage social media content from planning and scheduling through posting, while creating graphics, promotional materials, and short-form videos tailored to client needs.

Through freelance graphic design and data-entry work, I’ve converted documents into editable formats, maintained accurate spreadsheets and records, conducted online research, and delivered client projects on time.
