What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own administrative workflows and customer-facing coordination, while supporting growth through social media content and creative design. I want a collaborative team, clear priorities, and room to expand my impact.

I’m a dynamic administrative professional who supports day-to-day operations while helping brands grow through creative, customer-focused marketing. I balance accuracy and structure with the energy of content creation and hospitality-driven service.

In my roles, I manage office and HR administration, coordinate projects and schedules, and handle quotations, invoicing, and payments. I’ve used Xero to support end-to-end financial processing, bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting—including compiling Profit & Loss summaries to inform decisions.

I also lead social media and promotional work: planning and publishing content, managing campaigns, and growing audience engagement. With branding and graphic design strengths (including Canva) and short-form editing (CapCut), I create digital assets and product visuals that align with current trends.

From reception and guest relations to team supervision, I consistently deliver smooth workflows and high service standards. I’m comfortable collaborating across teams using tools like Podio and Slack, and I bring a detail-oriented, adaptable approach to every task.
