Managed 8 Sales Development Managers across 4 enterprise technology accounts, overseeing SLAs, conversion rates, team development, and quality control, and developed sales workflows and methodologies from the ground up.

Carried an enterprise sales quota with consistent overachievement, and assumed lead sales responsibility for the final 6 months following the Sales Director's departure, independently managing the full sales pipeline and client relationships.

Delivered 100%+ of target every month as a top-performing SDR across a broad range of outsourced enterprise technology clients, gaining cross-sector selling experience across SaaS, hardware, services, and solution sales.

Served on the Senior Leadership Team, line-managing 35 staff with second-line responsibility for 130+ colleagues, and created and launched the MK Dons Education Programme, generating approximately £250K in annual revenue.
