Andrew Boardman

I lead my employer’s Managed Services division, driving customer service, technical excellence, and operational efficiency while acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues and mentoring and coaching the junior technicians in my team.

My current role also involves technical support work (L2-L3) and the management of IT infrastructure projects.

I founded and operated CloudCompute, an IT consultancy providing outsourced support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. My work included Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace deployments, email migrations, network implementation, cloud services, IT security, POPIA compliance consulting, Shopify development, and account management.

I enjoy solving difficult technical problems, mentoring technicians, improving service delivery, and building lasting client relationships. I'm especially interested in applying AI and automation to improve operational efficiency while keeping people at the centre of the service experience.
