What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success and Renewals Specialist focused on driving retention and long-term outcomes for SaaS customers. In my current role at Zappy, I support customers through strong customer relationship management using CRM and consistent customer service.
Previously, as a Sales Development Representative at MetaCompliance, I combined customer relationship management with outbound and pipeline activities. I worked with Salesforce.com, supported sales motion, used cold calling, and delivered in English.
At EF Education First, I advanced from Sales Coordinator to Senior Sales Consultant, strengthening my ability to manage the full sales process. I contributed through Sales Management, presales, business communications, and a structured “Processo de venda,” while keeping customer relationships at the center.
Earlier roles at BRABBU Design Forces and UAWC Agency helped me build a grounded sales foundation—managing leads, running customer conversations, and closing opportunities. I also developed early experience with negotiation and contract discussions, and I bring a Marketing master’s background to make my customer work more strategic.
