What I'm looking for

I’m currently retired and looking for a part-time job to have something to do in my spare time, using my customer support and claims experience to help people and contribute to a team.

I’m an experienced claims adjuster with a strong customer-first mindset, helping people set up and manage claims after accidents while delivering excellent customer support. I determine fault based on my investigation, and I’m also trained for emergency roadside assistance—helping with tows, flat tires, lockouts, jumps, and other roadside issues.

Alongside claims work, I’ve built a solid track record in customer service across telecom and support roles, assisting customers with billing and tech issues and specializing in retention to help keep customers from leaving. I’ve earned several raises and a promotion based on performance, and I later stepped away due to a medical issue with my hands, but I’m now looking for part-time work to stay active and keep helping others.
