What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a high-performing Customer Support team where I can build customer relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver excellent service in a multicultural environment.

I've supported customers at Worten, Medineh Perzische Restaurant, and SALT, helping people choose products, managing orders and payments, and delivering personalised guidance. My experience spans retail, hospitality, and education in Portugal and the Netherlands.

With a Master's degree in International Tourism, Leisure & Event Management and C1 English, I bring customer relationship-building, clear communication, and confidence working in multicultural environments to a Customer Support team.
