I’m looking for a customer support role in an international, high-volume setting where I can resolve complex cases, handle escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep improving KPI performance and customer satisfaction.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with experience providing support via phone and email in high-volume international environments. I focus on handling complex customer issues and driving resolution with strong attention to accuracy.

I’ve worked across multi-channel customer support, including issue resolution and escalation handling, where I documented cases and follow-ups in CRM systems. In KPI-driven roles, I managed response time, quality, and customer satisfaction—while remaining calm and effective under pressure.

My background also includes customer-facing hospitality work, from managed orders and coordination with kitchen/operations teams to reservations and check-in/check-out. I’m highly organized, adaptable, trilingual, and I enjoy collaborating with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
