What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives, employee development, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, and strong workplace culture.

At Air Serbia, I support Commercial and Corporate Affairs as an HR Business Partner for 400 employees across the CEO Office, Legal Affairs, Marketing & Guest Experience, Finance, IT, and Human Resources. I partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, organizational change, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and HR compliance.

Previously, I supported recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, budgeting, and HR administration at Air Serbia and MK Group, including interviewing more than 500 candidates and contributing to the “Take Off” Summer Internship Program. I'm completing a master's degree in Marketing Management at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
