What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging role where I can contribute to organizational growth and enhance my personal development.

At NIIT MTS, I work as a Business Unit Administrator, handling client queries and escalations and coordinating with internal teams to deliver client requirements.

Previously, as a Training Coordinator – II at NIIT MTS, I supported training records, session scheduling, and participant management using SAP, CSOD, and Workday. I also handled around 800 tickets monthly and supported Level 1 and Level 2 requests.

I contributed to CSOD content mapping to Workday and hold a B.Com. from School of Open Learning, Delhi University. I’m seeking a challenging role where I can contribute to organizational growth and continue my personal development.
