I’m looking to partner with founders and growth teams where clarity, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes matter. I want to own GTM and revenue strategy, build or scale sales teams, and implement KPI-driven systems to unlock sustained growth.

I’m a business and growth leader with nearly 10 years of cross-functional experience across sales, strategy, and operations across EdTech, Maritime, Engineering Technology, and Real Estate. I consistently drive 80–120% revenue growth, build high-performance sales teams from scratch, and design scalable go-to-market frameworks across B2B, B2C, and B2G models.

As an Independent Growth & Revenue Consultant, I help founders diagnose growth gaps and translate business models into market-viable GTM and revenue strategies. I validate demand and redefine ICPs through direct customer and stakeholder engagement, then architect end-to-end GTM frameworks covering positioning, pricing logic, channel mix, and revenue pathways.

In my previous leadership roles, I owned growth execution end-to-end—surpassing targets through strategic sales execution, key account management, and partnerships. As Head of Sales & Marketing at CEMS (Maritime, Shipbuilding & Industry 4.0), I achieved 120% of Q1 goals, led skilling and incubation initiatives, and built brand visibility via thought leadership and performance marketing.

Earlier, as Head of Sales & Business Development at HashPro Academy, I developed full-cycle sales strategy—delivering 80% revenue growth in Year 1 and sustaining 40% YoY growth.
