What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support customers, improve operations, use digital and AI-assisted tools, and continue growing across customer service, content, and data-focused work.

I'm currently handling customer inquiries for e-commerce applications at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia, providing timely and accurate solutions while learning AI-assisted handling tools in English.

Previously, I supported DANA customer complaints via live chat and email at PT. Rajawali Berdikari, using Zendesk and Yellow tools. I've also worked as a freelance website annotator and social media evaluator for TELUS International Project, evaluating task relevance, ads, and products using market knowledge and online research.

Alongside customer operations work, I wrote, collected, sorted, and revised esports articles for Esportsnesia and managed marketplace tracking, IMEI, and sales data as an Admin Warehouse at PT. Selular Indo Pratama.
