At Osceola Intermediate/Elementary, I transitioned from 1-2nd Special education to a 4K substitute role, planning and delivering lessons in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning. I adapted to changing schedules while maintaining classroom structure, and earned repeat assignment requests through flexibility and reliability.
