What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a bilingual, student-centered role where I can teach Spanish/ESL, use data to improve outcomes, strengthen parent partnerships, and help lead programs through clear communication and team mentoring.

I’m a bilingual Spanish and ESL educator with 21 years of interpersonal experience and a 4.9/5.0 customer satisfaction rating. I bring a strong blend of K-12 teaching, high-volume guest service, and church operations leadership—always focused on turning complex information into clear, actionable communication.

In my current role, I deliver Level 2 Spanish using Somos and self-developed curricula, supporting both block and traditional schedules. I lead the Professional Learning Community (PLC), run data-processing meetings with administration, and monitor semester-long strategic goals while managing full-cycle grading and testing for multiple periods.

I also build inclusive, effective learning environments—implementing mandated accommodations for 504/IEP students while maintaining rigorous standards in Hispanic literature, history, and culture. Beyond instruction, I partner proactively with parents through biannual conferences and support extended learning through online coursework oversight and ongoing student guidance.

Before and alongside teaching, I’ve managed program and operations leadership: I oversaw youth-related budgets and registration, improved first-visit hospitality experiences, used attendance and engagement tracking to guide future outreach, and mentored teams through complex operational issues. I’ve also supported students directly as a Special Education Associate and Reading Associate, and taught remotely as an ESL teacher while maintaining a 4.9 rating through parent satisfaction.
